Our journey of faith in this life has been compared to a race. It’s important to be in that race, but it’s also important to be running in the right direction! The Apostle Paul wrote:

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. (1 Corinthians 9:24 KJV)

Certainly a part of running our race in a manner that will cause us to finish successfully is to run in the right direction. But many are not running that way! They run in the wrong direction even though they may have all the “Jesus” endorsement patches in the right place.

Here’s a great little message to hear and then ponder: “Sure I’m running. But am I running in the right direction?”
